Long Beach area residents affected by COVID-19 can come to the Friends of Long Beach Animals Pet Food Giveaway

The public is invited to attend the first annual Long Beach Home for the🎄 Pawlidays 🐾 Pet Adoption Fair! 🐈🐶

SATURDAY 10 AM – 3PM DECEMBER 15, 2019

LONG BEACH CIVIC CENTER

Attendees will be able to meet more than 100 animals that are available for adoption, take advantage of free microchipping services, buy pet products, and see demonstrations on bottle feeding kittens, cat trapping and other animal care procedures.

The public also can participate in opportunity drawings with the proceeds benefitting Long Beach Animal Care Services and enjoy entertainment such as face-painting.

The event is sponsored by Mayor Robert Garcia with support from Second District Councilmember Jeannine Pearce and is held in collaboration with the Little Lion Foundation, Helen Sanders CatPAWS, and Long Beach Animal Care Services, with support from Stray Cat Alliance, The Cat Cove, Live Love Animal Rescue and others.

In lieu of gifts, Lauren, FOLBA’s VP is celebrating her birthday with a fundraising party where all proceeds and donations go directly to FOLBA to help animals in our Long Beach communities.
